i file my wife's AOS January. my case currently is in MSC.

However, when i check the timeline for MSC, it seems like they dont process I-485, they do process EAD with pending AOS

since they dont process AOS, does that mean that my case will be transfered to somewhere else?

Thank you.....

Your case will be sent to your local office from which you will get an interview notice at some point or it will be sent to CSC. You'll be notified if it's sent to CSC but you won't be told if/when it is sent to your local office. You'll really only know it's there until you get an interview notice.
