Hello Everybody

i have a question

my fiancee received an email yesterday from this site with whole site looking like an embassy website, it says she won the green card i am actually not believing it but wanted to ask you.

they say we have to send money visa western union, bank transfer or moneygram and we have to send them passport copies etc...

when you win the lottery how does the immigration lets you know??

support@ceac-visa.com is their email...

what do you think?????

When you win the Diversity Lottery, YOU have to check the site to see if you have been chosen. No one is going to contact you.

This is a scam. Do not reply to them.

Scam. Apart from above, no money is payable by selectees to the U.S. until the day of interview at the embassy.

And all official websites end in .gov, not .com or dot anything else.

hello i'm here for my brother he recived a email from kcc visa saying that he won a green card ..he applied on pops ups that apeard every minute .on ur computer screen.u know so on that visajourney little window apeard and he fillup that application.u can say its a applicaton u can say like a little window ..so in that window he write his info like emails name date of birth ..in 2010 now 2015 he recived a notification by email .saying that he won a green card lottery is that really true..they send him confircation number and his name..and saying that he have to pay fees..by bank trasfer to poland.us 875.00 dollar.. any 1 can help me if its real or fake.. where 2 check confircation number if there any site plz ..prefer..now i wanna know if its real or fake ..?any1 plz ..help..me and the email sender ..emails look like diz KCC DV (support@ceac-visa.com

A good rule to follow, however the Sydney embassy make you create a profile at http://www.ustraveldocs.com/au/so there are circumstances where it can be non-gov.

Yes but those websites don't send you emails saying "congratulations! You won the lottery! Send us money!" :D

'I received the same with a confirmation number , but if you check it here you will know that it is a spam .: www.dvlottery.state.gov

I got to know that it is spam when they asked me to send them money via Western Union , money or fees should be paid at the US embassy.
