Still waiting for I-766 with I-512 endorsement

Hi everyone,

We received notice that my husband's petition for work authorization and advanced parole were approved on July 2nd. His I-797C advising us of this arrived on July 19th. However, we still haven't received his actual I-766 with I-512 endorsement. Unfortunately, we got ahead of ourselves and bought plane tickets for his first visit home to Mom for tomorrow. Obviously going to have to postpone the trip (argh!).

Is there anyone else who was approved on July 2nd or earlier who is still waiting to receive their card?

Yes, my husband is still waiting for his card. He was approved June 30th, received the letter a week or so later, no card yet. He put in a service request earlier this week about it, but nothing has come of that so far.

Sorry about having to postpone your trip. Argh, indeed. I can't believe it is taking so long!

4/6/15- Package received

4/9/15- NOA1- text/email

4/13/15- NOA1 hard copy EAD/AP (NOA1 dated 4/7)

4/14/15- NOA1 hard copy AOS (NOA1 dated 4/7)

4/17/15- Biometrics Letter received

4/29/15- Biometrics completed

6/23/15 (Day 77)- Service request

7/2/15 (Day 86)- Service request complete, email of approval of EAD (approved on June 30)

12/29/15- Interview
