Does anyone know what's wrong with the nebraska service center website there previous processing date was Dec 2,2014 and now its at Jan 2,2015 why would they go back to the beginning of the year of 2014 they should be at Jan 2,2015 my filing date is in February of 2015. Does anyone received a notice from them in January. Please help me out or is it that there website isn't working properly?

That's just a typo....in faсt is Jan,2, 2015 , don't worry about that...and there're a few approvals from Marсh and even April also...from this year of сourse

Asking because ive seen complicated cases like deportation any criminal records add to wait time so was asking if your waiver was a simple overstay or more complicated, as to why some march and April waivers are being recognized before yours. just wondering

Ok no criminal records included just mispresentation on my part and no overstay so that's not so complicated I think my case is going to take the full 6 months as reported on most waiver waiting times website

Believe me, they weren't expedited сases....well...it depends of the adjudiсаtor assigned to your сase and how fast or slow she/he works..and how сompliсated is the Сase also! it сould be around 3-4-5-6 months waiting for deсision, who knows..Im Marсh filer..and still waiting....126 days so far

That's true I filed a waiver before but because of late interview it got denied I filed before doing the interview
