IV invoice received by email, but not in CEAC

I sent my IV Payment thru mail and NVC got it on 7/9, it showed up PAID yesterday 07/22 in CEAC online, right away I fill out the DS-260 successfully. Now it showed IV Fee - PAID & DS-260 - COMPLETED.

yes it is available for some, it depends on the case, in my case it was affected by their technical issues. June 29 i got IV Invoice thru email and i waited to log in the CEAC but it doesn't work, so i go ahead and send the IV Fee thru mail.... it took 13 days to show PAID online but for me it shorter days compare to the rest before that took them month or 2 months to show PAID online.....

We had that problem with AOS fee, but am hoping that the resent changes that were made to the CEAC site are positively effecting the system and that the IV bills will be available online for payment before the payment would reach the payment center and is processed. Also, I have seen quite few folks here that have sent in the IV fee, it got marked as paid, but the DS260 was never really open for them

i have been checking the CEAC everyday, luckily yesterday when i check it , it showed up PAID and i go ahead fill up the DS-260 successfully....so my ds-260 now is completed....

My IV Invoice Date: June 24, 2015 - I got a checklist for not paying the IV Fee on July 10th, and I'm still waiting for the IV fee be available to make the payment on-line and fill out DS-260. I read a lot of people got their case delayed when they mail their payment, even on NVC website they stated: If you are unable to pay your fees online, there is an alternate pay-by-mail method, but it can delay the processing of your case.

Anyway, it's still shown 0.00 on the ceac website, and I'm thinking to mail it by next week if thing still the same.

Same here received invoice email for paying iv fee after paid aos fee online.but I check ceac website still not available for pay .hope it will b soon as I will call them today.so I can fill out ds260.

We have the same problem here. We paid our AoS monday/tuesday, yesterday I've received confirmation about IV invoice but no payment is available online. I'm still debating whether we should pay via mail or wait for the online payment...

I've emailed NVC last night to ask how long it will take to be able to pay online. But as they probably won't reply I'm gonna try and call them today and see if they can update it there and then

Last time I called NVC (it was monday 07/20) they told me that invoices should be ready end of the month. But next day AoS invoice was available...

I have a funny feeling that everytime I call our case get flagged and it moves through quicker... That's why I'm planning on calling today (it will be already 5th time I'm gonna call them. At the end of this process they will hate me )

Well, I got through. But I have no news to be honest.

She told me what we already know - that IV online payment in unavailable because of "technical difficulties" and as soon as they are fixed it will be visible online. And that normal payment can take up to 21 days to process (which probably in this case means 21 days and up).

I guess we will be waiting for online payment, only because the AoS got prcessed in 2-3 days. Even if we get IV one in a week, it's still faster then normal payment.

Just got off the phone to NVC, and was told the fee should show on the site in a couple of days. Sounded like bull to me though I'm not even sure he looked at my case

The rep said that they started to receive these inquiries sometime last week, and that the website has been down again

They will be working on it over the weeken and to either wait or send in the payment.

We sent it in last time, this time we will wait
