I'm propped at my computer at this point. Poor Moh was so nervous about starting the new job I think he let me sleep about 45 minutes last night before I had to get up. Then the HR person gets all sweaty because she thinks his K1 is expired. He explained it is for entry and the I-94 is what is applicable and shows her the date. Then she gets sweaty because its hand written (and gasp maybe he wrote it himself) and she doesn't understand the temporary EAD stamp and blah blah blah. So he's sitting down the street in the bookstore killing time waiting to hear if they will accept him for employment or not. I even called the woman and explained the whole shebang to her and I got the impression she was very young and afraid of making a mistake, so hopefully Moh will get the thumbs up tomorrow after she hears from corporate. Man. Nothing these days is simple.

I WANNA GO TO SLEEP!

my mom just called me and said its not an indictment today...its a hearing to tell him when his trial will start. ... ugg i wish this would end

If today is to set a hearing date, then there must already be an indictment. You don't get set for trial unless you have been indicted. Will keep you and your family in our prayers.
