Taking my Canadian made car to the US

Timeline

I'm planning on taking my Canadian car into the US once my K-1 VISA is accepted. I read someplace that I need to get a document from the car maker to certify the car is in ok condition, but I can't find that info anymore. Does anyone know where I can get that info?

March 4, 2005 - Met first time in Merrillville, IN (half way for both)

March 15, 2005

-paid a visit to Wisconsin-left March 31, 2005

May 2, 2005

-flew to visit Angela, left May 7

July 1, 2005

-flew to visit Angela on our first anniversary.

March 29, 2006

-mailed I-129F package to Nebraska

March 31, 2006

-confirmed package delivered by USPS

April 3, 2006

-NOA1

April 7, 2006

-NOA1 notice received in mail

June 6, 2006

-Transfer Notice to California.

July 3, 2006 - RFE received from California. Supplement to I-129F filled out and returned by July 6, 2006.

August 12, 2006 - NOA2

i would go to Canada's section in the regional forums and do some searching of some old threads, a number of people have looked into / or brought their cars to the US and posted a lot of great info. :)

02/09/2005-------Sent in request to Congressional office for assistance with expediting EAD.

02/13/2007 -------- EAD Approved!

02/26/2007 - ------EAD received

Removal of Conditions:

05/12/2009 -- Overnighted application by USPS express mail (VSC).

05/14/2009 -- Green Card expired.

05/23/2009 --- Check cleared bank.

05/26/2009 -- Received NOA (NOA date May 15, 2009, guess they aren't deporting me).

05/29/2009- Biometrics Notice date

06/01/2009- Received Biometrics Letter

06/18/2009 - Biometrics

09/23/2009 - date of decision to approve (letter received), just waiting for card. No online updates whatsoever.
