sent tax returns instead of Tax transcript for AOS document

Hello All,

When i initially sent my AOS documents, i sent tax returns only (that's what it asked on the form) instead of Tax Transcript (NVC instruction). Can i just resend the tax transcript now or wait for NVC to ask for it?

You could send them if you wanted but sending only the tax returns should be sufficient if you included other evidence of income such as W-2s, pay stubs and employment letters.

If you do decide to send the tax transcripts make sure to include the AOS document cover sheet which you can get online on the ceac portal.

Bumping this thread as I am facing the same dilemma as dk2015... I have everything but my tax transcripts.
