Hi All, our case is at the London consulate and my fiance has his medical scheduled for August 5th, 2015. My fiance is flying back to the US for a visit, so we don't want to have his interview before he flies (August 26th-September 8th, 2015).

Does anyone have any clue on when he should submit the notification of applicant readiness so our interview is after September 8th?

Thanks so much!

I had my medical on June 10th, but had a trip planned to the US from June 26th-July 20th so needed my interview after that.

I submitted my Readiness Form on July 6th and my interview date is August 6th, just over 4 weeks difference.

Why August 19?

Follow along on a calendar.....

Because it's 5 weeks before Sept 23

Sept 23 is mid week following his return, so a good target week for interview.

Based on this data (medical to interview day) http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/549078-medical-to-interview-date-how-long-2015-data/?p=7727050 , I think 5 weeks and some few days is a good guess, but shaved off the spare days because there is no 3-4 days in there for results to be ready like when medical is last item in. So 5 weeks, but conservatively going for a target two weeks after return.

While that data is medical to interview, since you are doing the Readiness as the last submission, it should be similar from your Readiness date. Count starts when the last thing gets in. Do it a week earlier if you feel lucky.
