any updates my VJ friends? my case is still the same waiting for an answer :crying::cry:

From which side? If from USCIS - no, from my own: yes - my ties with my wife are heating up over that delay  .

I've scheduled 2nd INFOPAS, but it looks like I'll be cancelling it - just waste of the time. We'll try to call USCIS and get Tier 2.

If I count 120 days from the interview date for the decision - it will be on September 4th, so we have exactly 1 month of waiting game.

Max.84 days for RFE response according to USCIS doc will occur on September 18. So if nothing happens untill 09/18/15, next day I'm sending e-mail/mail to my congress rep firstly. Then we'll continue on from whatever outcome is.

What a joke USCIS is!

Hey, it looks like the USCIS starts wakening up :wow: . I see the change on my wife's status on-line. Now it doesn't say it has been suspended, it just says the initial request has been sent on... . 120 days expires within 2 weeks, so then it becomes a court issue and the judge will make up a verdict.

Any updates from others?

there is one more status change "scheduled for oath". I've been in line for oath ceremony since 8/31. My delay may however be due to name change

Hi jeevcy, I am also doing a name change, my local office is in Detroit can you give me more info on your case?

Local office is Dallas. Interview date was 8/25 where I got N-652 with "recommended for approval" selected. On 8/31, online status changed to 'in line for oath'.

Still waiting for oath notification to be mailed. It can take some time with a name change since they have to schedule you for a judicial ceremony instead.
