I am getting ready to file an I-130 for my wife in the next month and I just wanted to make sure i didnt forget anything. Also some people are saying that i need to send in transcripts of our facebook messages, we have been talking for almost 4 years so it is in no way practical to send all of our messages, would a page or two of messages be sufficient. thank you in advance.

My wife and I had over 600 pages of Facebook messages in 8pt font. We selected 3-4 pages out of every 100 and sent those to show a timeline.

I had way too much. I downloaded as a word document and just deleted anything questionable then just cut paragraphs from each year, changed the font so alot of stuff fit and merged it into one document- came out to about 5 pages and showed the development of the relationship. Did the same for what's app and skype logs.

Just send some items (1/2 a page a month for example) to show you regularly communicate. If you communicate by other means than facebook, you can send that instead or as well.

Does anyone know how exactly you go about getting to the begining of your facebook conversations cause i cannot find a way. even asking for my facebook history that seems to be all the messages from everyone and very hard to navigate, and not even all the messages.

You have to put in the work. Download the archive file from Facebook and then delete all the messages that aren't between you and your person. I searched the document by my husbands name then copied all our messages to a different word document. It was very time consuming but i had to do what I had to do.
