SCARED! Termination message online...?!?!

PLEASE HELP!!!!

When logging in to the payment page, we are receiving a message saying that our application is in the process of termination....this is terrifying me as we have not asked for this!! Anyone else getting this message?

I have sent an online help form to the NVC and an email and I keep trying to call, but Im getting the message of too many people please try again later!!!

Im worried that they're cancelling it :(

Did you receive a notice to pay with the invoice number from NVC?

I did have some trouble paying a year ago but never said in process of terminiation.

give some of the senior members a little more information and they will advise

we have no idea who you are trying to pay

this was a normal 'glitch' in the system , right before the AOS fee bill was generated.

are you using a PC running windows o/s, internet explorer v7 or better? if no, check it all again from that type o machine.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.
