I just returned to US on Advanced Parole which is good for Multiple use. At the border, they gave me an I-94A and it's "Single Use" with a stamp "Paroled until next year". Do I have the right I-94? Will I allow to use it again next time I return to US?

I gave them both copies, they stamped one of them and they kept a photocopy of it. Then, they returned both copies to me (one stamped and one not stamped) which is quite different than I read on the forum.

That's the right one... No worries... The CBP is supposed to issue an new I-94 each time you enter the US on the AP. However, at times they don't bother as your status doesn't change, especially if you continue to use the same POE.

And the CBP can either stamp both and keep one of the originals... or then can stamp one and make a photocopy of it. The original that wasn't stamped is worthless now. The stamped AP is the one that you will use from now on...
