President Obama was greeted by people waving Confederate flags as he arrived at his hotel in Oklahoma City Wednesday night.

In a crowd of several dozen people, about 10 of them waved Confederate flags as the president's motorcade arrived at his hotel. One person also waved a U.S. flag.

There were also some fans of the president standing in the crowd, including one person holding a sign expressing love for Obama.

So, Obama was met by some un-hooded Kluxers in Oklahoma... Is anyone really shocked? It's no less pathetic had it happened in Georgia or Mississippi, still not all surprising.

Kluxers? Must have been some of Clayton Bixby's relatives.

Since these folksen were there waving the Confederate Flags,

does this mean the Confederation was welcoming the Northern President at an event?

That is one angle to be explored... I have no doubt many drove their homes for miles only to attend the event and see the president. That alonde might be considered as a flattering gesture...
