Sol-De-Verano and Robert818, congratulations on your successful interviews and recently recieved Visas :dance::dance: Thats the big dream most of us have been trying to get to, the rest of it is just icing on the cake!!! :dance::dance:

NOA1 - 12/21/15

NOA2 - 04/18/16

NVC Receive - 04/29/16

NVC Welcome - 05/13/16

DS-261 - 05/14/16

AOS, IV PAID - 05/27/16

DS260 done - 06/10/16

Case Transferred to US Embassy in Riga Latvia at the end of October.

If you really want it, you'll find a way!

I almost forgot there is one viscious rumor that USCIS spreads with occasional Misleading information on its NOA2s, and I want to put a final nail in that rumors coffin! If they ever tell you on your NOA2 that your approved petition was 'forward to the listed consulate' add this to that line, 'through the NVC'

I don't know if USCIS is truly misinformed or that they have gotten such a big head that they don't want to acknowledge NVC. But those words cause people a lot of headache cause you end up getting a massive runaround with USCIS and NVC and the Embassy.

Then add the confusion to the fact that they don't list a consulate on NOA2s anymore. But on the forms they say they do not guarantee your choice of Embassy.

NOA2 - 04/18/16

NVC Receive - 04/29/16

NVC Welcome - 05/13/16

DS-261 - 05/14/16

AOS, IV PAID - 05/27/16

DS260 done - 06/10/16
