DS-230 questions

hey,

im filling out what will hopefully be our last submission to NVC, i have a couple of questions:

My wife is living here in the UK with me at present, but we were unable to DCF, as she is not considered "resident" and therefore her address when we filled out the I-130 was her stateside residence. Should this be the case for Q14 of the ds230 as well?

furthermore, she will be travelling with me to the states, so do I fill her name in for Q21a?

Thanks,

andrew

The way I read that with the DS-230, Q10 would be where you would put your wife's stateside address as the address you intend to live? Q14 is asking only for an address where she is now if different from your own. I assume she also listed the UK address at some point on the I-130 as well?

furthermore, she will be travelling with me to the states, so do I fill her name in for Q21a?

Your wife is not immigrating with you as she is already a USC ;)
