dig my signature !

Yes they are slower than an extremely slow thing - we are dealing with a government dept - they are popping my skull too !

narodny podnik !

I check my mail every morning and all I get is an offer of a new kitchen and a free gym membership (not from USCIS)

Not good....

We sent it Feb 6th, arrived on the 8th and no NOA1 in the mail. BUT, my fiance went today online to see about the check and it has been cashed Feb 16th.

I don't know if they send NOA1 by e-mail also... by what I understand from USCIS site, I think they start sending e-mail notices only after you create an account there.... so...

Let's hope you see your check cashed soon... to us it also seemed a great deal

I sent my petition the l26th of December to Nebraska, they recieved it on the 27th .. I assume they forwarded it to CSC because the petition didn't get NOA-1 until Jan. 8 and I still to this day have not received the notice in the mail, only by calling and getting my case number from the USCIS phone number and tracking the case online. If you paid by check, you can get the case number off of the back of the check as well.

Good Luck

Donnie and Sylvia

ALL Nebraska and Texas I-129Fs are transferred to California.

Follow the instructions provided here for how to track your case without your NOA1.

Hi! Seems like we have a similar timeline almost. I sent my petition (the I-130) out Feb 7th to the Texas Service Center, got there on the 8th and a notice was left, delivered to and signed by M Salcedo on Feb 9th, my NOA1 was sent out the 13th and I got it on the 20th from the California Service Center! As far as the checking cashing thing, I have no idea because I sent a money order instead of a personal check. You should be getting your NOA1 any day now though I assume!

Hope this helps! I was freaking out because I'm like why is it taking SO long?! (I know it was only like a week waiting but I'm a very impatient person lol!) I believe I now know why it took so that long though: Because it was transferred to the California Service Center! I could be wrong though...

Anyways, sorry for rambling! And I hope you get that NOA1 soon! :D

I-130:

2/13/07 ~ NOA1
