Loolk at the back of your check. Sometimes they stamp your reciept number on the back. If so you can enter online for updates from the USCIS website.

I am in the same time frame as well. The AOS package was delivered on 2-9-07, and checks were cashed on 2-16-07. Still have not received the NOA. I guess I can't check the status until I receive that.

like tiberonsuave said..............and when you check online, try add to that # by 1-8. Example: as on the check you found MSCxxxxxxxx30, you enter online uscis.gov won't find it, then try MSCxxxxxxxx31 or 32 or so on. Until you find a valid status of the form, if you submitted I130,I485,I131 make sure you find that pattern with MSC# are closed to each others. Good lucks.

Well, a suprise came in the mail today. We got the Biometrics Appointment letter, without ever receiving the NOA1. I can finally heck our status and here is what it says, any opinions are welcoming. Our original petition (I-129f) went thru Vermont, and the AOS is going thru Missouri?

On February 14, 2007, we received this I485 APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO ADJUST STATUS, and mailed you a notice describing how we will process your case. Please follow any instructions on this notice. We will notify you by mail when we make a decision or if we need something from you. If you move while this case is pending, call customer service. We process cases in the order we receive them. You can use our processing dates to estimate when yours will be done. This case is at our MISSOURI SERVICE CENTER location. Follow the link below to check processing dates. You can also receive automatic e-mail updates as we process your case. Just follow the link below to register.

Is this normal for someone coming thru Pittsburgh?

I guess so. My hubby received his NOA1 after the bio appt letter.

I actually was bored and went looking for all MSC# that has receipt date of Feb 13th because I wanted to to get a sense of how many applications they receive per day. It seems alot lot lot that I ended up stop searching. You mentioned "ends up with 3". I only see a few MSC received Feb13th ends up with 3. I guess that's yours.

It's normal for it to be sent to Missouri (National Benefits Center). They will eventually send it out elsewhere at some point.

Oh, that makes sense...looking at your timeline, I think I also know your MSC#..I added a bunch of cases that had similarl dates cases when I couldn't figure out the numbers from the back of the check.
