NVC Check List confusion

Hello,

I received a check list with the following line on it for I-864A Contract between Sponsor and household member

Item 13. The sponsor must enter __John Doe___________'s name and date of birth in the intending immigrant(s) table

I, the petitioner/sponsor is named John Doe, My wife who is the intending immigrant is Jane Doe. I put her name/date of birth in the intending immigrant table. My question is, this line on the check list is wrong correct? Do I really put myself in the intending immigrant table?

According to your description, Yes. But you should call NVC and talk to a representative soon.
