i have called many places all want to charge about 300 bucks for a new physical, blood tests ect....anyone in the Wilmington, De....or greater philly area find a civil surgeon that will fill out the paper and not charge a lot??? thanks!!!

Did you specifically ask them "I693a supplement" only?

yup...and they said we have to go through everything else....as well....and the one place just to see the Dr. was about 100 bucks...

Did you call absolutely everyone on the list? Frustrating, Silly and Irritating as it might be.. It's what we had to do (in CT). It's a big money pit otherwise.. :(

AOS:

2007-02-22: Sent AOS /EAD

2007-03-06 : NOA1 AOS /EAD

2007-03-28: Transferred to CSC

2007-05-17: EAD Card Production Ordered

2007-05-21: I485 Approved

2007-05-24: EAD Card Received

2007-06-01: Green Card Received!!

Removal of Conditions:

2009-02-27: Sent I-751

2009-03-07: NOA I-751

2009-03-31: Biometrics Appt. Hartford

2009-07-21: Touched (first time since biometrics) Perhaps address change?

2009-07-28: Approved at VSC

2009-08-25: Received card in the mail

Naturalization

2012-08-20: Submitted N-400

2013-01-18: Became Citizen

We found a cicvil surgeon in Philly that only charged us $35 Usd for the I-693A...I'm digging up the info now.

12/03/2005: Married

10/13/2006: Interview Approved

10/26/2006: POE: EWR (ARRIVED) [/size]

01/22/2007: Sent to The Lockbox.....let the games begin.....again

02/02/2007: NOA1's for both....the waiting game officially begins

02/15/2007: Biometrics appt.

04/11/2007: EAD APPROVED!! YI-HAW

04/21/2007: Received SSN#

05/23/2007: AOS Interview -------> APPROOOOOOVED!!!!!!

05/29/2007: Received Welcome letter

06/04/2007: Green Card in Hand!!!

122 Days from filing AOS to Green Card in Hand!!!

REMOVING CONDITIONS

Make sure that your SO has had a Tetanus shot, before going...they specifically asked for that shot, before they completed the form. If not, they will want to try to give it to you, or charge. Most family Drs. can give this shot, just make sure you get proof.

In this thread Irishgirl got it for $20 right outside of Philly...you might want to PM her and get that info.
