i paid my d=261 fee and my IV fee not invoiced yet. what are the next steps for me? can i send all Aos and IV document right now or i haave to wait for it?

I chose to send all my paperwork right away.

I used the document cover sheet they sent with the NVC welcome letter..... once the AOS fee was paid, I sent everything off to get the clock started

Some choose to wait until the IV fee is paid and the DS260 (IV Application) is completed...... that comes down to personal preference....
