I'm guessing your I130 was retained, so you are just focusing on getting a K3 visa now right?

Check out the K3 flowchart in the guides, it should help alleviate your confusion.

Basically, all mail should now be going to your husband not to you, so don't worry :)

The petition will be forwraded to Cairo shortly, and then the consulate should send out a packet to your husband.

Good luck with the rest of the process!

Sandy

If i'm not mistaken the DS forms and Fees are referring to the I-130 Petition Process. If your going the K-3 route then you do not have to worry about those. You'll have a different forms and requirements. Only form you'll still have to complete is the DS-230 which for immigrant visa form.

Hope this helps.

As you see in my timeline, they are under "I130 at NVC", they only apply to the I130, but if you are curious and want to learn more just for fun, take a look a the NVC timesavers thread pinned at the top of the NVC forum. :)
