Include medical even though clear?

Hey guys,

So I had my K1 interview last week and we plan on sending in our AOS package next week. My interviewer gave me my medical back, and I have all the vaccines and am completely healthy. He told me to submit it with my AOS package but I know it's not necessary if I know I'm good. Should I include it, or will that just create a headache for my adjudicator?

If you aos within one year of the medical, it's not needed to send the papers regarding the medical.

Just reminding you that before filing aos, fiance needs to arrive in the U.S., get married and get the marriage certificate, as its needed to complete the package.

Hi, you need to include the vaccination part of it. That was all that was in my aos package. :)

It was all stapled together as one document. Do I really need to submit the vaccination part if I had all of them?

You can just go ahead and include a copy of the whole thing, and keep that copy for yourself. It could be helpful in case you end up being one of the unlucky ones that has their medical documents misplaced between POE and the transfer to the USCIS.

Did the medical examiner give you a sealed envelope containing your results as well? This must be sent along with AOS. If you are asking do you need to send the copy he gave you as well, then no...as that is your personal copy. :)
