Billings is beautiful this time of year, good time to go. It will be interesting to see your thoughts of what it's like in the winter. My wife thinks it gets too cold in Florida, she use to want to see snow but now she knows that means it will be even colder so she doesn't care to see snow anymore. Safe flight!

She pay 750 pisi for terminal fee

I only paid the travel tax which is 1620.. did not pay the terminal fee... got cathay pacific with my fiance mnl-hk and hk-chicago... now waiting for boarding here in hongkong...
