packet 3 from London Consulate

Could someone tell me what packet 3 from uk consular will contain? We've got the DS-156/f and DS-230 example forms from the guide (to use as practice/draft forms) -- but what else will Packet 3 ask for? Do they want copies of the birth certificate and police report then, or just bring them to the interview?

Sorry if this is a repeat question...

Thanks,

Hannah

Thanks,

Hannah

It contains 4 forms

I-134 (affidavit of support for USC to fill in)

DS-230 part 1

DS-156 (should be completed electronically though)

DS-156K

DS-157

Details of how to book the medical

and a checklist

The DS forms must be returned along with a completed checklist.

The checklist itemises those things you need for the interview: birth certificate, former marriage and divorce certificates, police record, medical. photos (x3 ) 1 for medical 2 for interview etc

Hope this helps

latitudes, MrsW2B is mistaken so be sure that you don't only send back the checklist and DS 230! You also need to send back DS 156, DS 156K, and DS 157 if the UK fiance is male. Just trying to avoid future confusion!
