i need help filling out IV application

hi everyone! im filling out IV application for my mom, as im filling to the Medical and Health part , they asked,

Do you have documentation to establish that you have received vaccinations in accordance with U.S. law?, but she has never been notified to do so, should i put Yes or No? im confused. thanks

I believe they are asking if she has ways to prove she took the required vaccines (records). Am I mistaken?

but she has never been told to have a vaccine. so thats why im confused

I answered yes because by the time my parents will be interviewed, they would have gotten their shots required in US.

At what point are they gonna notify her to go have a vaccine? And why would they ask for it before they even request the applicant to do it?. But did they have to get the vaccine inUS?

vaccinations has to be given by a panel physician if it's not given by a position listed it won't be accepted there are 15

There are 15 of them required to show they've been given and they're listed online

If she has a medical exam in Cambodia by a panel physician he could give her the vaccinations and she would save a copy of them if she were to need them in the United States

If she doesn't have any record of vaccinations(Normally most people don't in Cambodia), she has to take them during the medical before interview. So if she doesn't have any records(Normal for Cambodians), then I would put no. There are 2 doctors appointed by the Embassy in Cambodia for Medical. They will take care of vaccinations that time. Of course you have to pay additional for vaccinations.

but at this stage she hasnt had it done yet, because they didnt request her to , so the question should be "are you going to have " instead of "do you have", if you know what i mean, because how would she know if they havent notified her yet.

Your answer should be "NO" because you don't have anything, do you? So just answer No

It is a yes or no question

Answer yes if she has vaccination and proof

Answer no if she does not have vaccination or documents to prove it
