I called yesterday, my iv/aos documents has already been review, yet I still can't pay the IV fees online or fill out the 260, I have a feeling they will send me a checklist for ds-260 and I'm afraid this will be another 30 days to re-review.

I sent both aos/iv packages on 6/10.

Completed DS260 last week.

Received the checklist for missing DS260 2days ago 7/7. I called to confirm and the rep told me everything completed except only missing document is DS260 and i should ignore the checklist since i already filled out DS260.

I called again today 7/9 to assure since i learn from he past that i was told differently everytime i called. And i was right. The rep told me today the missing document is the passport biographic date page plus the DS260. I dont know what else to say but I am 100% sure that i included passport in the IV package.

I guess i have to resend the passport page again cos i am tired of with those reps

USCIS

6/3/2014 - I-130 Sent   6/10/2014 - Received NOA1   7/10/2014 - Received NOA2    11/10/2014 - Called USCIS for status

12/10/2014 - Result back with case pending due to Security Check    1/10/2015 - Called USCIS for status

2/10/2015 - Result back with case pending adjudication further review

3/31/2015 - Case approved by USCIS and forwarded to NVC

NVC

4/10/215 - NVC assigned with receipt case #    4/28/2015 - Completed DS261 Choice of Agent online

5/4/2015 - Called NVC to complete review DS261 by phone  

6/4/2015 - Sent both AOS and IV packages to NVC    6/8/2015 - Received IV fee notice     6/9/2015 - Paid IV fee

6/24/2015 - Received checklist for missing Data Passport Page      6/28/2015 - Mailed in checklist request

7/6/2015 - Completed IV application (DS260) online

7/8/2015 - Received checklist for missing Data Passport Page again and DS260 because NVC lost the package

7/10/2015 - Mailed in checklist request again       8/10/2015 - Case completed on phone with NVC

8/17/2015 - Received email confirmation for case completed

EMBASSY

8/26/2016 - Scheduled interview      8/27/2015 - Received P4 letter thru email     9/14/2014 - Medical Exam Done

9/16/2015 - Interview date- Passed but waiting for Medical exam Results

9/24/2015 - Medical exam results sent to US Embassy

9/29/2015 - CEAC visa status show " Issued "     10/1/2015 - Visa in hand      10/12/2015 - POE Los Angeles, California

LIFTING CONDITION

7/13/2017 - Sent in ROC application      7/17/2017 - Received NOA

7/21/2017 - Received Appointment notice for Biometrics     8/7/2017   - Biometrics taken

3/5/2018   - Case moved to local office          9/18/2018 - Case tranferred to Nebraska Service Center 

12/19/2018 - Case approved, Card being produced         12/20/2018 - Card received

Also curious about this.

Scan date for my docs is June 11th. Site was down for a long time, so I only paid the IV fee on July 5th and filled out the DS260 on July 9th. Wondering how long it will take them to deal with what I imagine is a pretty big backlog. Will probably call next week to see what's up. Crossing my fingers that I don't get a checklist for any missing documents.

Any reviews abouts those of us that started filling form DS260 after they fixed the ceac website? Have NVC started to review form DS260?.

I submitted DS260 on Jul 5. On Jul 7, they told me the processing time of DS260 is 30 days.

As I was expected, today I got a checklist for not paying IV fee. It is not available for me to pay it online, should I wait to pay online? or mail them a check of the IV fee?

yes if they already reviewed your docs and you have not paid neither the fee nor fill out the 260 , its automatically a checklist , look at my timeline

Ok - How many checklist you got? and what is the checklist was for? not paying the IV fee or not filling DS-260? or you got both checklists? how long it takes them to re-review your whole package? is it going to take another 30 days for a review?

What do you think, which is better wait to pay IV fee online or go ahead and mail a check of the IV fee?

1) i only got DS-260 checklist

2) 30 days ( Standard ) but mine was 24 days

3) if you got a check list , they ll take another 30 days to review it however sometimes take less

3) i paid both fees via mail , and both of them were received by nvc in 5 days and showed as paid in the next day

4) most of applicant are able to pay the fee online however if you still unable to do that online , i recommend you to call NVC have them put your case in the spreed sheet to have your fees and ds-260 fixed

For my case, both IV fee n DS D260 never showed on CEAC for almost a month.

So I decided to call NVC and requested them to fix. It showed both IV fee and DS 260 within 3 days.

I received the checklist for DS260 few days ago, It said 30days to process.
