I, Edinson Odeli Gonzales , met Yamilet Pimentel on January 16th, 2006 in Cañafistol, Bani.

Her cousin Estiven Castillo had spoken to me about her and told me if I would like to meet up with her

later on that night. I agreed, so he told me to meet her at eight O`clock at night

behind Escuela Rural Cañafistol Bani. I then went at Eight O`clock on January 16, 2006

behind the Escuela Rural Cañafistol Bani and she was there with her cousin Estiven. Estiven

then left us two alone and from there we just started talking about each other and decided to start dating.

Ever since that day yamilet and I, have been together.

Isn't this for the I-129F form?

If so then you don't need a "his" version. Only the USC signs this form so you can say "we met..."

you are refering to the Letter of Intent to marry. see the example in the guides

i thought i needed two, his and mines, so therefore, i just have to write how we met, he does not need to write that, just the intend to marry within the 90 days?

Both of you submit the letter of intent and both of you fill out the G-325A.

The letter (or paragraph/sentences) of how you met is part of the I-129F form which only the USC completes.

I wrote 3 paragraphs because we lived together in Brazil and I returned 2 times (once for 2 months), but I left out all of the lovey dovey stuff.

That is basically correct

you-the USC making the initial petition for the K1 visa must write in the space provided on the I-129f form how you met and that you met in person. You AND your fiance must write a letter of intent to marry within 90 days--there is great example/template in the downloads section on this website.

I simply downloaded them and put in the correct names for each letter and the other important information(should see it in red on the example--don't forget to change it to black when done). There are individual versions for each of you there--Benefiary (fiance) and Petitioner (you).

Hope this helps

only a letter stating your intent to marry him and one of his intent to marry you. the I-129F has a single line asking the circumstances of how you met

I thought he needed to write a letter stating how we met, does he have to write it or only me?
