Hi Guys, just filed my i-765, i-485, i-485a, :dance: So now i get to wait in line :whistle: My question is how long does it take for uscis to response to the filed i-485 application.

I filed in August of 2004. They never responded.

I filed and paid the fees again in July of 2006. They cashed the check in about ten days and rfe'd me in three weeks.

Did you ever inquire on your first filing why they didn't respond. So i guess in a couple of weeks i might hear from them.

what does TOUCH mean. and has anyone used a postial money order with forms, i'm trying to see if the checks where cashed but the post office didn't have any info on it.
