Hey guys this questions has probably been answered before but I'm nervous and just want to make sure I understand everything. I receive my NOA2 ON June 10...June 23 They sent it to NVC....today I called and received my Case number and was told that they sent my case to the consulate in Ethiopia on July 6....I have sent my Finance a copy of the original packet and everything needed for the interview...but I have a couple of questions....what am I to do from here?.... my fiance has everything done but the Ds160 and his police clearance and interview ...because they said they need a form...I guess letter from the embassy...

And the affadavit of support wants the annual salary before taxes correct?

any pay a visa application fee?

Complete Ds160 as soon as possible and once u do that the embassy will schedule your husband for interview.

April 2017 update: Marriage still going strong, baby boy getting bigger. Life is good

I sent the original I-129F package and everything needed for the interview.

Hey guys question.. on the DS-160 there wasn't a option anywhere to upload a photo. it only had a picture spac and it said bring pictures to interview ...is this normal?

Yes, he can bring the Ds-160 passport photo with him to the interview. My fiancé had the same problem.

SINCE THE BEGINNING OF 2015 THE CONSULATE IN HAITI STOPPED USING HAITI MESSENGER; THEY NOW USE DHL INTERNATIONAL THERE ARE (4) LOCATIONS: PORT-AU-PRINCE, CARREFOUR, PETION-VILLE, AND CAP-HAITIEN. THE ADDRESS AND HOURS OF OPERATION ARE LOCATED IN MY PROFILE ABOUT ME.

  •  We stayed 6 days at the Kemael Hotel Tabarre 58, Rue C. Sylvain #4 Tabarre Haiti $80.00USD per night. It is off Boulevard 15 Octobre

  • As of October 4, 2016 Still waiting for RFE hardcopy to come in the mail, called USCIS on September 30, 2016 no help.
  • As of November 3, 2016 We received an email in regards to not receiving in the mail the Request for Evidence (RFE) , come to find out they really didn't need any additional information. So now the have to wait another 120 more days before we can get an interview or approval. This is some BS.
  • As of February 7, 2017, We received in the mail Interview Date for AOS on March 20, 2017

Some embassies set the date, others will let you schedule the date yourself. You should check your local forum or local embassy website for more accurate info

i have the same case going on woth you can you tell me what your fiance did after you guys recived your NOA2 SHOULD i start preparing for documents which am not sure exactly what kind they are??can you help me with that ones and how to do it ?? thank you and good luck!
