I'm not. I'm asking a question. Why are you answering a question with a question? Just answer the question.

What question

home? what? Not in HAWAII WITH YOU ?

oh no !

So, Marvin, how's the bachelor life these days? or pseudo-bachelor life? Most of the pinays there have a sister and you fit the demographic for great husband material (retired military with a job)

A married man is great husband material for pinays??

Sooooo, you think he should find a Pinay because they will want him because he is retired military with a job.

Yup, he fits the target demographic of a new OFW.

Why don't he find a woman of ANY race who will love, respect him, be kind to him and give him the physical and emotional attention he deserves?

He's already found one of those. She's absent, at the moment.

Uhhh, you do realize my comment was about the Pinay comment you made....

A married man is great husband material for pinays??

Apparently so. Because all Pinays want is a retired military man who's getting a steady paycheck.

So rude, on so many levels.

Guess many guys who chose to run around in uniforms all day in their 20s, like to compensate with crude jokes-ha ha.

I was wondering the same thing. This is what I suggest Marv should do to attract Pinays: wear his uniform everyday, tattoo retired military on his forehead, hold a sandwich board, or walk up to every Pinay and say I'm retired military until one of the fishes take the bait.

i know that hood.

my hood was a bit south of there, in Oak Cliff.

I grew up in Irving it was a great city until it was over taken by illegal aliens about 10 years ago, I moved to Frisco a few years ago. Night and day difference between the cities and the attitudes.........

I very honestly think that it's the fact that he was treating 'buying properties' likea 9-5 job. He was there 5 days a week, renovating houses and driving up property values by gentrifying one property at a time. There tends to be a lot of pushback in marginalized communities against gentrification because it makes property taxes unaffordable for people whose families managed to buy a house decades ago.

Actually the area is what we call a war zone, Very had to rehab properties there due to the high crime rate. The crack monkeys would break in and steal and try to take stuff to scrap yard.

I basically brought properties and sold them to other investors, I was a Wholesaler. I did do some rehabs but for the most part the area was not good for rehabbing.

My job was basically going into vacant house or houses with squatter or crackheads or prostitutes and kick them out and look at the property to give bid to owners, I would board them up and try to keep them out after I entered...

Irving. hahhaa - I moved INTO the city, lived in the north edge of S. Irving for 3 years, on purpose. Agree on Frisco vs Irving, but N. Irving is amazeballz (in a good way)
