10/7/15 Entered USA for three weeks to close escrow and pack house

12/5/15 Entered USA for 90 days to visit

12/7/15 I-130 approved,NOA2

12/23/15 NVC received package

1/5/2016 Called NVC

1/7/2016 Called NVC, assigned case # and IIN #

1/7/2016 Assigned choice of agent

1/7/2016 Paid AOS fees

1/21/2016 Paid packet IV fees

I just received an update from USPS and it said that my application will be delivered on Monday, which is a 13th. At least it is not a Friday and I hope that number 13 on a Monday will be a blessing (

181 days after they received my petition......I'M APPROVED! I'M APPROVED! I'M APPROOOOOOOOVED!!!!!!!!!! I got the text about 30 minutes ago that my case was updated. I logged in and there it was the magical words!!! my case was approved!!!! wooohooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo! I immediately called my husband he was just as excited! I literally closed the door to my office and was jumping around in excitement!! hopefully, the next steps won't take so long!

NVC here I come!!!!

181 days after they received my petition......I'M APPROVED! I'M APPROVED! I'M APPROOOOOOOOVED!!!!!!!!!! I got the text about 30 minutes ago that my case was updated. YES! My priority date is July 15 and still waiting. I actually just called, asked for tier 2, and he said on January 12, my case switched adjudicators so hopefully it is in review! But honestly, he didn't sound completely sure whether it was actually being looked at or not...

2014/11/17 Married

2015/07/15 Priority date

2015/07/17 NOA-1 received

2015/11/12 Case transferred to office (from TSC to Potomac SC)

2015/12/02 Case received at local office

I finally received my approval by mail today; 6 months and 7 days later! I'm sure you will get yours in no time...Once you do, it will give you such priceless relief! Keep me posted and best of luck to you guys :)

Thank you everyone! I just got an email saying Uscis sent my case to nvc. Does that mean its there now or the 25-30 day wait begins now?

i just got my NOA2 in the mail today and it says they sent my petition to the NVC. Did your letter say the same thing or did you get a separate email after your NOA2 letter saying they sent it to NVC? they say it could take up to 30 days, but i plan to start calling them in 2 weeks to confirm they received my petition.

btw....can you update your timeline? :)

Hey guys, I'm also at NVC, case received on Dec . 30th, AOS/DS261 received on 1/12/2016. Though paid on the same day- and funds removed from bank account, online still appears as in process ?... Nonetheless I've started working on AOS package. I wonder what the timelines will lok like from now until CC, I hope 2 months at maximum, I don't know if that's too optimistic lol

Call NVC and review the DS-261 with them. Then in a day or two it will show paid.
