We were just approved this morning!!!

I'm so happy! Now to wait for the NOA2 hard copy and get on with the next part of the process!

March 11th 2015: We got married! (L)

July 15th 2015: I-130 petition sent to Chicago filing center

July 17th 2015: NOA1, petition forwarded to Nebraska

July 21st 2015: NOA1 Hard copy received

January 5th 2016: Petition approved!

January 14 2016: NOA2 hardcopy received

January 14th 2016: Case sent to Dept. of State

February 2nd 2016 : received NVC welcome letter along with case and invoice number

May 11, 2016: DS-261 completed and AOS fee paid

May 19th 2016: Immigrant visa fee paid

July 6th 2016: DS-260 completed

July 8th 2016: Our AOS package was received

August 13th 2016: AOS package review complete and visa interview scheduled for Sept 27th 2016!!!

September 21st 2016: Hubbys medical exam

September 27th: APPROVED!

I just received an update from USPS and it said that my application will be delivered on Monday, which is a 13th. At least it is not a Friday and I hope that number 13 on a Monday will be a blessing (

I've been away visiting the wife for the holidays. My case was approved Nov 24th. Called NVC yesterday and today... no case number or IIN yet. They said it takes 35 days after the approval. I called USCIS and they said it takes 90 days. For now NVC said to scan and email my NOA2 so they can research where my packet is. Hope all is well.

hello

im little confuse about processing .i have got my case number and invoice number last week and i paid aos fee and filled out the ds261 .\

when will i send the i864 ,tax return and civil documents?

should i send them after i pay IV and fill out ds260?or should i send them right now before make a IV payment.

Have u tried calling them back? I called yesterday morning and it wasn't available but wen i asked today they said it was assigned fr yesterday...guess i called too early yeaterday.

How long nvc take to assign case number after approval ?

It's been 13 days nvc received my file... No case no.
