Hello everyone,

Glad I found this site where everyone is on the same boat. My PD on the NOA 1 was July 16, 2015 but on the notice that my case was transfer to Potomac Center the PD was blink. Is this the same to anyone here? USCIS site said

On December 2, 2015, we received your Form I-130, Immigrant Petition for Relative, Fiance(E), or Orphan, Receipt Number LIN1591326720, at your local office.

any input is greatly appreciated. Thanks.

oh..and congrats to those who got approved!!!!

You can call them as I did. Hopefully you are approved as well.

Picobenz and LoveinGhana and all Nebraska July filers. May God bless you all, I pray that, all those waiting will get approve now. As Picobenz recommend yesterday to call the 1800 number. This morning I called and the rep told me to wait 45 days because the Potomac Service Center is still working on June filers. Funny thing is, he has the same last name as mine. I told him if he could transferred me to Tier 2 officer which he said sure and I got transferred. the tier 2 was busy assisting others. so the machine asked me to record my full name and the next available Immigration officer will call me back in 15 minutes. So I hanged up and 15 minutes later, they called me and I asked her about the statues of my case. She checked and congrats me and said my petition was approved December 14th.

No updates on website no email or text.

PD was July 16th
Transferred to Potomac on Oct 16th
Case approved Dec 14th.

I hope i get the hard copy today in the mail.

What documents do I need to get ready for NVC. I am going to Ghana Jan 1st. I need help. I got my tax transcrips two days ago.

Once again, Thank You
