Finally got approved. Super excited. I called tier 2 officer and he told me that I got approved on DEC 11th. No updates on website no email or text.

PD was July 14th

Transferred to potomac on Oct 15th

Case was received at my local office Dec 2nd

Case approved Dec 11th.

I just received an update from USPS and it said that my application will be delivered on Monday, which is a 13th. At least it is not a Friday and I hope that number 13 on a Monday will be a blessing (

Spoke with a rep at USCIS and was told they are still working in June cases. How do I request a Tier 2 officer because looks like they are past my priority date going by recent approvals!!

Finally got approved. Super excited. I called tier 2 officer and he told me that I got approved on DEC 11th. No updates on website no email or text.

PD was July 14th

Transferred to potomac on Oct 15th

Case was received at my local office Dec 2nd

Case approved Dec 11th.

Tell rep that it's been over 5 months and I would like to know if there is any problem. I didn't have to ask her to transfer my call she did by her own. And just ask officer 2 that is there is any problem? Keep it simple be humble.

Congratulations!!! that's kind of annoying that they kept you in the dark for 5 days. what's the point in signing up for text and email if they don't adhere to it. i'm going to give myself another week. if I don't hear anything, then i'll call like you did and ask if there are any issues. Hopefully, they'll tell me the same thing they told you.

Good luck as you move forward to NVC!

Hello everyone,

Glad I found this site where everyone is on the same boat. My PD on the NOA 1 was July 16, 2015 but on the notice that my case was transfer to Potomac Center the PD was blink. Is this the same to anyone here? USCIS site said

On December 2, 2015, we received your Form I-130, Immigrant Petition for Relative, Fiance(E), or Orphan, Receipt Number LIN1591326720, at your local office.

any input is greatly appreciated. Thanks.
