Hey guys, i know we are all waiting to hear the updates. So here is another one. Just received the approval notice today about an hour ago in the mail. The online status has not updated yet though.

My priority date - July 16

Approval date - Dec 10

Good luck to all of you guys, hope your status are also updated soon. Hang in there.

Lets see what happens next.

Hi Guys, finally after a long wait at Nebraska for approval I could see They start touching July I-130 unfortunately yesterday I received a REF text and e-mail. Do anybody know how long it will take to get approved after I send thre REF back to them. Thanks and good luck all.

call the 1800 number you maybe approved and don't know. Mine didn't show on the website, but when I called I learned differently.

I called them a couple of days ago and it was an automated recording that stated the same thing that was on the website. did you get to speak to someone that told you that you were approved or was it the automated response?

the automated system told me that mine was sent to department of state for visa processing. It didn't used the word approved. Then I checked the website using a different method and it said my petition was sent to the DOS for visa processing.
