I also got married in India as well. I am guessing all people who got married in India are getting these notices. I was afraid I am missing a document or their might be some error on my application and will be called for an interview. I also called USCIS, they said they are transferring I-130s one office to another to speed up the process.

I got the same notice on Dec 2nd. My pd was July 14th and transfer date was Oct 15th. Spouse is from india. We may get approved on same day most likely.

Well I got the same answer that they transferred to speedup your case. They may ask for any document. But I had attached pretty much the same as my cousin did he was approved in five months wasn't transferred tho. Keep me posted if you get any information.

My PD is 7/12/2015 and was transferred to Potomac center on 10/15. I called USCIS this morning and asked for the current status of my case, but was told nothing new after the transfer. Does this mean my case hasn't been approved yet?

Try checking the website, your case status on the uscis site

Of course, I checked before I called. The website just told me the same thing: my case was transferred on 10/15. I remember I saw a post here saying the status of cases processed at the new Potomac center is not updated on the website. If this is the case, maybe call center agent also doesn't have access to case status from Potomac center.

My case hasn't even been touched yet, I wonder why Indian cases seem to be on hold.
