I was wondering if someone with PD from July already got approved then how come people with PD in June are still waiting ?? Any ideas ?

I think the July filers are the ones who were transferred to the new service center.

This lady I know told me a watched pot never boils! So I am going to find something to occupy my free time, so that I don't send me to the doctor. But I will say this, it is bleeping ridiculous for a simple process to be so long. Does anyone really value family anymore?

Approved. Went home after work yesterday and there it was... sitting in my mail box... my NOA2.

PD July 10th. Transferred to Potomac on Oct 10th from NSC.

Approved date, Nov 24th 2015.

Congratulation!!!!!

Hello everyone I decide to sign up for this forum just to let you guys know that I'm a July filer and I also got transfer to Potomac Virginia on October 10th and I'm glad to inform you that my i130 case was approved so I suggest to start checking you app or website cause again mine was approved already and I thank God for that... The July filers getting approved were transferred to the new service center. NSC did approve a few June filers so that is a positive!!

Case Was Received At My Local Office

On December 2, 2015, we received your Form I-130, Immigrant Petition for Relative, Fiance(E), or Orphan, Receipt Number , at your local office. If you move

Ok now pd was July 14th and transfer date is Oct 15th. After all that again my case was received at local office..I'm so worried now. I am completely 5 months next week. There is no chance that I will be getting approval by next week now.huh
