I submitted my I130 and all the other forms, evidence what not to Phoenix. Short time later was transferred to NSC, Then Oct 16 transferred to Potomac. Today I got my Approval letter in the mail!!

I have checked at least 5-10 times the USCIS site today....no approvals on VJ for today?? Fingers crossed!

What do you mean you checked USCIS' site today? Do you check you check the status of your case with your case #? Those receiving their approval letters are finding that their online status remains the same although approved. Thanks.

What do you mean you checked USCIS' site today? Do you check you check the status of your case with your case #? Those receiving their approval letters are finding that their online status remains the same although approved. Thanks.

I wasn't transferred. I will receive a text or email from USCIS. I do check my status daily with my case#. I am still at NSC. a few days more and I hit 5 months!!

How do you set up auto-link ?

I don't remember exactly how I did it, but when you click on your own timeline, you should be able to see a edit your entry option. click on that and then at the bottom, click submit.

Question: Do I file my taxes the same way I always file, being that my wife has never been to the U.S.? I don't see how she should be taxed by a country she didn't earn from.

You should consult a CPA or Financial advisor for that.
