Congrats. Were you at potomac? If so when your case was transferred to potomac? What was your pd for nebraska? Did you get a letter for approval?

it was in nebraska than transferred to potomac.i get the approval after a month when they transferred .it was On October 16, 2015, we transferred your Form I-130, Immigrant Petition for Relative, Fiance(E), or Orphan, Receipt Number

I-130 Sent : 2015-06-30 I-130 NOA1 : 2015-07-06 I-130 RFE : I-130 RFE Sent : I-130 Approved : 2015-11-16

yaaaaaaaaa Thank God I got NOA2 approval notice. Nov. 18 notice date. it was transferred from NSC to Potomac service center on Oct.16. PD July 6. By the way, When I check the USCIS website for any update on my case nothing just the same message case was transferred and a new office has jurisdiction.so my advice for those who transfer to new service center check your mail (regular mail ) daily . Hey Guys,

My pd is July 14th and transfer date is Oct 16th to potomac. I work part time, so I had to use my dad's tax return. However my dad has filed same case for his spouse. He filed on good amount. Now problem is both of us got into a car accident on 27th sep 15. As of today both of us are out of work. But hopefully we will be returning by the time we will need employment letters and stuf. What do you think? If there seems any problem? Or we will be fine?

I didn't send any evidence in the beginning. I only sent what was requested in an I-130 package. I have read that sometimes front loading with evidence can cause a little bit of delay because they are trying to sort out what they actual need to the extra stuff that was sent in. every case is different though.
