Eventually we received our NOA2 approval. Things are starting to happen again ?.

July 20th 2015 - filled I-130 routed to California Service Center

July 28th 2015 - received NOA1 (hard copy)

Sep 22nd 2015 - received email of RFE

Nov 05th 2015 - received NOA2 approval

Nov 16th 2015 - received at NVC

Dec 08th 2015 - received case # and IIN #

Dec 09th 2015 - paid AOS bill

Jan 04th 2016 - sent AOS & IV documents

Jan 06th 2016 - paid IV bill

Jan 08th 2016 - completed DS-260

Jan 06th 2016 - received scan date

Feb 17th 2016 - received 2nd scan date

Mar 18th 2016 - case complete

Mar 28th 2016 - Interview Date Scheduled "May 10th"

April 5th 2016 - Medical examination

May 10th 2016 - interview at consulate

I just received an update from USPS and it said that my application will be delivered on Monday, which is a 13th. At least it is not a Friday and I hope that number 13 on a Monday will be a blessing (

July 16 I got my receipt number for the I130 I filed for my husband. My case was transferred to Arligton VA from Nebraska. And now I'm just waiting. A bit confused on when this is going to finally happen.

How come the processing time for NSC is showing May 30th on VJ when clearly June petitions are being approved. On Saturday, it showed NSC as June 1, 2015 and I was so excited. Sunday it went back to May 28th and now it's May 30th. Anyone, know how that works or how it's updated?

I did receive my hard copy of the notice. It stated that my case was transferred to Arlington Virginia.
