Ok Nebraska I-130 July, 2015 filers, I got my transfer Form I-797C Notice of Action letter in mail yesterday from NSC stating that, "This is to notify you that we have transferred the above application or petition to the USCIS office at: Potomac Service Center, 2200 Potomac Center DR Stop 2425, Arlington, VA 20598-2425.

We transferred this case because the record indicates that office has jurisdiction over the case. that office will notify you of subsequent action taken on this case.

i have been searching online to see if I can locate that Potomac Service Center and their processing dates.

Any help will be much appreciated :secret: . Thanks guys for reading. Good luck to all of us. the waiting time will soon be over by God's grace.

I have never heard of that service center? Did you find out anything?

Yes. I think we are good. I just read that article that I have attached earlier says cases without injuction will be transferred to new ( fifth) processing center. We should expect approval soon.

A new service center!! That is awesome and so many will get approved so fast when transferred! Great news.

I also received a Notice of Transfer letter in the mail. It was transferred on 10-16 and received a letter on 10-24. We filed back in June in Texas and it was transferred to Nebraska and almost 5 months later we are being transferred again. Praying for approval soon!

Cheer up! you're close to the end of this phase. From what i've seen in the time line for previous VJ's from india and Pakistan, approvals have been received as early as 4 months and 1 week! I hope that's the case for your case.......and mine! :)

My case has not been transferred. I am still at Nebraska....almost at 4 months and praying for approval soon.

WOW! ....This is the first day that I feel the waiting pain. I thought this would be easier since I get to wake up next to my wife every day.....I pray for those who are separated from their loved ones that time will pass quickly for you....

Does anyone knows how I can get my viber call log history print out? I can print the messages, but I can't get the call log history to email it to myself in other to print it out. Thank you, I need help.

Just got my I 797C transfer letter today to Potomac. Originally submitted to Phoenix Arizona, then a month later transferred to Wisconsin, 5 months later, to Potomac. Still cant find processing times.
