I still haven't received my notice. Since your post though Jamis2, I've also been trying to figure out what PCOSS is. I'm guessing they are an outsourced data processing company maybe? Everything I've found is just more confusing to me.

Ok Nebraska I-130 July, 2015 filers, I got my transfer Form I-797C Notice of Action letter in mail yesterday from NSC stating that, "This is to notify you that we have transferred the above application or petition to the USCIS office at: Potomac Service Center, 2200 Potomac Center DR Stop 2425, Arlington, VA 20598-2425.

We transferred this case because the record indicates that office has jurisdiction over the case. that office will notify you of subsequent action taken on this case.

i have been searching online to see if I can locate that Potomac Service Center and their processing dates.

Any help will be much appreciated :secret: . Thanks guys for reading. Good luck to all of us. the waiting time will soon be over by God's grace.

I just read this article. Looks like this is a new uscis center. Doesn't say anything processing times or anything.

I know. I can't even find anything clear. It maybe new uscis center. Idk how it is going to affect on our cases, if we all got transferred there.

Well now, that looks much more promising. As long as the DAPA issues don't interfere with our processing. :joy:

Yes. I think we are good. I just read that article that I have attached earlier says cases without injuction will be transferred to new ( fifth) processing center. We should expect approval soon.

I love how a lot of people would think that 1000 new jobs are a good thing for the economy and tax base etc., but the right-wing press seize upon the "illegals" aspect and complain about bloated bureaucracy. I don't click on Breitbart but even the Washington Times story that came up on this was full of hysterics and conspiracy theory.

Never mind all the "legals" who will be helped by increasing the USCIS workforce.

Here's hoping everyone routed through the new centre gets processed speedily! :)

My case was transferred as well. Still don't know why.

Have you received your transferred notice letter yet from NSC? I got mine in mail yesterday. Mine was transferred to Potomac Service Center in Arlington Virginia.

I also got the letter that I was transferred to the Potomac service center. The letter says I can check the processing times on the USCIS website, but it's not even listed there. If anyone gets any news about this, please update us! I'm going to call on Monday to see if I can find anything out, but knowing the USCIS phone line service, it'll be a waste of time.
