Here's my imagination running...

Someone (or maybe a few people) at Nebraska weren't pulling their weight so they were let go and all the cases sitting on their desks were transfered. Krissyb93, that would mean that yours is going to be processed soon by someone who is actually working efficiently. The rest of us just have to wait for them to land on someone elses desk at the new center. *fingers crossed the mail will fly swift and true*.

I stopped by my pobox around noon and again after 5pm today. Nothing from USCIS. Hopefully tomorrow!

Ooh that would be great haha. I know Nebraska is backlogged as of this month, I called to confirm it last Friday. I would love to know where everyone gets transferred as soon as they get their notices. I'm assuming it'll probably be California cuz from what I've personally seen most people who are transferred go there.

Ok Nebraska I-130 July, 2015 filers, I got my transfer Form I-797C Notice of Action letter in mail yesterday from NSC stating that, "This is to notify you that we have transferred the above application or petition to the USCIS office at: Potomac Service Center, 2200 Potomac Center DR Stop 2425, Arlington, VA 20598-2425.

We transferred this case because the record indicates that office has jurisdiction over the case. that office will notify you of subsequent action taken on this case.

i have been searching online to see if I can locate that Potomac Service Center and their processing dates.

Any help will be much appreciated :secret: . Thanks guys for reading. Good luck to all of us. the waiting time will soon be over by God's grace.
