Howdy there July Filers!

@Krissyb93 it seems like you're all good! My husband didn't send in pics, just 2 affidavit of support for the evidence of bonafide marriage. I really wish that i knew more about VJ before Preparation and Filing :( I don't really dread getting a RFE like only if it was a simple "to get" one... if it were something we don't have then i would prolly faint! lol  jk

I really do wanna wish ALL of you guys speedy approvals. This wait is without a doubt frustrating but WE WILL ALL GET THERE!

Ok thank you (: And thank everyone else for your replies! I have plenty of our conversations through email and viber and Skype. I am however worried about the nature of some of them...like do you send in everything, including maybe arguments you've had or other personal things...oh well anyways, it'll have been 3 months on the 17th and still haven't gotten an rfe. Which is good I suppose! Just hope we can get through the rest of this process uninterrupted so there are no delays or anything. Once the I130 is approved I'll be going back to my husband so we can be together for the rest of this (draining) process. Can't wait!

Well...I rec'd the hardcopy of the RFE today. Pretty much it appears that everything that I sent was "misplaced" because they are asking for things that I know I supplied with the initial submission of the petition...good thing I have photocopied.

Some good news from Texas Service Center finally! Our immigration lawyer emailed my husband to tell us that our petition was approved, so now we're waiting for the formal notice - which won't take too long (hopefully). I hope everyone whose petition got sent to Texas receives good news!

I wonder why they did that...what USCIS center were you originally at? And what's your new one?

Nebraska Service Center was the original one. They didn't tell me the new center yet. I Believe I will have to wait for a hard copy mail to check why they have transferred it.
