Update Guys

Just called NVC and made myself "choice of agent" over the phone. That's cool i thought i had to fill out those forms but that could be just done over phone.

Now they said i had to wait for 7 days to wait to get email, from them to pay visa fee.

Till than i'm going to fill out Affidavit of support form. Even though i have two case for my mum and dad they told me i only have to pay that fee of $120 to one case and it will automatically apply the other case. i don't have to pay twice.

I HOPE THIS INFORMATION WILL BE HELPFUL TO YOU GUYZ.

07/20/15--------------> Case filed and mailed standard shipping to USCIS Illinois

07/28/15--------------> Case received and check cashed. (Priority date July 27)

07/30/15--------------> NOA 1 received. (case transferred to Nebraska )

08/20/15--------------> CASE APPROVED

08/28/15.--------------> NOA 2 received.

09/03/15---------------> Case received by NVC

09/21/15--------------->Case number asaigned by NVC

Hope NVC agents can be all very accomodating been calling them and all they are saying was to wait for the email together with the case number. Almost everyone got theyre iin and case number thru phone so y would i wait for the email that we know will not come till after we dont know when. Lol . its so frustrating.

Yes and we will probably end up waiting our entire 4 1/2 to 5 months. My NOA-1 is July 2nd. Same as yours!! The waiting is the hardest part! I hope we get approved soon!

Hi guys, my wife in the States just received an email from CSC requesting an RFE (additional evidence). In our I-130 we included copies of all documents like " marriage certificates, birth certificates, photo albums, divorce certificates of her previous marriage, passport photo copies for both of us and so on". What additional evidence could they be asking for. Any clues?
