Paying Usd 330 for the DV Lottery Visa Fees at The US Embassy in Cairo

My interview with my wife on 15th of july 2015 at The US Embassy in Cairo ...Until now i do not know where to pay the fees usd 330 per person

The Question is :

1- Do i Pay online

2- Do i Pay at the US Embassy in Cairo at the date of the interview

3- Do i pay at the CIB Bank which needs a CGI number deposit slip which cannot be required through the CGI website to enable me to pay the fees at CIB Bank prior to the interview date

An embassy employee will verify that all your docs are complete, and then you will pay, and then you will have interviewed. You can pay in EGP or USD.
