Hey guys, thanks for your efforts to help me figure out my interview schedule date since i joined this blog, today i received email from NVC and my interview is scheduled for March 10, 2016. and i want to know what will be the next step? where do you think i will do my medical ? and should i book for Medical check up? please tell me what is best way to finish this.

thanks

First Congratulations on your interview date. Second, If you received an interview letter as IGBW describe to you it shouldn’t be a problem. It seem that issue you're having is called I can't read or help ~ I’m falling and I can’t get up. :bonk: The instruction from the interview letter emailed to you explain everything that you would need. So stop expecting someone here at (VJ) hold you hand and answer your every question. the Journey is going to be something to be remembered from the start to the end as you go. And, by the way I, Notice that you forgot to do this so I’m sending you the link again. http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/486029-nvc-guides-faqs/ this link explain everything you need to do at VJ on how it site works and to get information that will benefit you in getting the correct help you're seeking along your Journey. Continue to ask simple minded question only delay in getting a clear cut answer if you put forth the effort in doing some research yourself and in turn you finding most of the answered much faster. I hope this helps you on your Journey here @ VJ. God Bless A56 “To the East - With a Key” :)

no extra experience from here on out. you go to your medical, you do your interview, you get your visa and you fly to America, nothing more or less to it.

you have your interview date so im hoping you have already went and booked your medical correct?

Congratulations for the interview! For CR1/IR1, getting an interview these days at US Embassy Addis is like partially winning a lottery ticket. Sadly it should not be like that.

Well, now you need prepare for your interview. Start collecting all possible documents they will need and also check that police document is still valid, to include passport. Also make sure to file your taxes for 2015 right away, before you go to interview. Other stuff you should put together are - your communication records, such as Emails, Phones records, Money gram receipts, Skype videos snapshots or chats, and evidence or letters/gifts you have sent. If you are divorced, prepare both marriage and divorce certificates, not only divorce as they can ask the marriage as well.

Thank you very much

I wonder how long it takes ( if known) from receiving the DNA at the Embassy to issuing the VISA? assuming no other issues come up.
