Dominican Republic problem with police.

When I got the police certificate for my fiance in DR, it had an issue on it. I was wondering if anyone from DR knows more about this. If the record is cleared, will it be a problem for the interview? Do they have some kind of issue if you got in trouble with the law but have no record?

What kind of problem shows the certificate?

If his records were cleared , he need to be sure that he doesnt has records at the police.

Sometimes people get cleared from the Fiscalia and can get the police certificate, but the records at the police continue active.

He needs withdraw his records at the police too.
