Hypnos is partially correct. I did an expedite for my now wife, K-1 visa, back in March. There are great threads about the expedite process. Mostly, for an expedite, you have to prove the hardship as it relates to you. There is one hardship category that would relate to her and that is the humanitarian hardship. Just citing the war in Ukraine is not enough. You need to get into details.
When I submitted my request, which I did by calling not writing a letter or email, I cited financial hardship and humanitarian. The financial hardship was that I had to take a leave of absence from my job to go to Ukraine to care/protect my future family. I would incur reduced pay, reduction in savings and IRA contributions, possible financial problems due to reduction in pay, the need for money while in Ukraine. The humanitarian was based on doing the right thing to protect a valuable member of the human race and her daughters. To take them out of harms way.

Now, you might or might not agree with what I submitted. However, I can tell you that my expedite was granted. Overall, I believe we saved upwards of 4 months of waiting normal processing time.

Good luck!

what number did you call to speak to someone? I am losing money staying with my husband in India and we have had to move several times due to threats from people here trying to keep him in this country. w cant take to the police here because of the corruption and the people threatening him can easily pay off police and have him arrested. his job has suffered also. You cant imagine the jealous people here. Edited by Ryan H

If you are looking to request an expedite, you need to call the USCIS customer service and inquire on how to go about doing that.
